Meri Edigar's original 2026 acrylic on canvas painting Dernière Chance, 41 × 33 × 2 cm, depicting a nocturnal urban scene with neon hints, signed by hand and sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
A deserted street in the rain. A clock. A neon sign ordering RUN. And on the fogged window, a scratched word: HELP.
In this medium-format acrylic (41 × 33 × 2 cm), Meri Edigar builds a nocturnal urban scene of a muffled, captivating tension. Everything is bathed in a deep blue, almost cinematic, that of rainy nights, of cities that never quite sleep. The red and pink reflections on the wet pavement bring the only warmth, that of the neon, cold despite itself.
The work skilfully plays with language and image: the words RUN and HELP are not props — they are the subject. Who wrote that? Who must flee? The scene is empty of characters, yet saturated with human presence.
A painting that tells a story, that unsettles, that endures. Perfect for a contemporary interior where art must provoke something.
Signed by hand in the bottom right and on the back by the artist.
Technique: Acrylic on canvas stretched on a frame
Dimensions: 41 × 33 × 2 cm
Condition: Perfect — original unique work
