Millo BORTOLUZZI Jr. (Dolo 1938 - Padova 2012)
Oil on board by the Veneto master Millo Bortoluzzi Jr.
Title of the work "Il Brenta", dedicated to the infamous river dear to Venetians.
On the back, stamp of the artist's collection.
Work from 1963, thus among the artist's early works.
Signature of the artist on both the front and the back.
Slight signs of time and wear clearly visible in the photo.
Photo as an integral part of the lot description.
Insured and trackable shipping.
BIO:
The talent of the Padovan artist, who passed away a few years ago, produces airy works, never crowded or dense, in which each subject or object has its own space to catch light in an atmosphere imbued with poetry, fullness and lightness, almost and often liquid.
And in the background the skies of Veneto with their light or heavy clouds or red of the sunset with the immovable barena and the casone, a theme dear to him because he was passionate about hunting in the lagoon.
