An image of solitude, resistance and abandonment.
In the middle of an almost empty landscape, a young woman seems to merge with the tree to which she is attached by a delicate lace fabric. The tree becomes refuge, prison or memory. Nothing shows whether she is trying to leave or if she has chosen to stay.
Black and white reinforces the timeless dimension of the scene and leaves full room for emotion.

This piece speaks of invisible ties.
We all have attachments that can sometimes prevent us from moving forward: memories, fears, promises or old wounds. The lace symbolizes these paradoxical bonds. It may seem fragile, yet it remains strong enough to hold.
I wanted to create a soft and melancholic image where everyone could project their own story.
