Hand-turned stoneware teapot by Elisabeth Wallet, a French potter based in Cluny (Burgundy), 1960s–1970s. Signed “E. Wallet” under the base.

Wood-fired, iron glaze with natural ash effects. Unusually square in shape, with a curved bamboo handle. A unique piece.

Dimensions: H 20 cm x W 18 cm. Weight: approximately 1.5 kg.

A slight crack on the bamboo handle beneath the fiber knot.

Carefully packaged for shipment from Belgium.

Cuisson au bois, glaçure au fer avec effets naturels de cendres. Forme carrée atypique, anse en bambou cintré. Pièce unique.
