Inner Vision explores the invisible territory of consciousness, inviting reflection on what exists beyond immediate perception. By presenting a figure with closed eyes, the work withdraws from the outside world and directs attention to an intimate space where memory, imagination and identity are in constant transformation.
The composition is marked by a quiet, contemplative atmosphere. The figure's profile emerges from a diffuse, almost ethereal background, while pixelated fragments interrupt the continuity of the image. These elements function as traces of information, fragments of experiences or memories that persist between clarity and forgetfulness. The digital language present in the work does not arise as a technological element, but as a metaphor for the fragmented way in which we build and rebuild our own narrative.
The absence of a visible gaze creates an inversion of the traditional portrait. Rather than establishing a direct relationship with the viewer, the figure seems immersed in a process of introspection, inhabiting a space where observation becomes self-knowledge. The small graphic gesture in orange reinforces this idea of inner discovery, like a moment of awareness that emerges from silence.
In Inner Vision, seeing does not mean looking outward, but recognizing what exists inside us. The work invites the observer to consider perception as an internal process, where the most meaningful images are not necessarily those that the eyes capture, but those that remain etched in memory, in emotion and in imagination.
