In this work, the male figure leans against the open window of a red car, with an intensely blue sky extending to the horizon as the background. The firm posture and direct gaze reveal a presence marked by strength and contemplation, as if the moment were suspended between movement and stillness. The title, Asphalt, alludes to the road as a metaphor for journey and resilience, evoking both the hardness of the asphalt and the freedom it makes possible. Here, urban space and natural space meet, creating a visual narrative of transition, identity and destiny.
