This work is part of The Artphabet, an artistic project developed by digital artist Cess, in which every letter of the alphabet pays homage to key figures in art and visual culture.

In this piece, the letter E is transformed into a tribute to M.C. Escher, reinterpreting his fascination with impossible structures and architectures that defy logic. The typographic form becomes a livable space where stairs, passageways and openings generate a visual narrative full of paradoxes.

The composition introduces human figures at a small scale that traverse the structure, reinforcing the sense of scale, repetition and spatial confusion characteristic of Escher’s universe. The stairs seem to lead toContradictory places, creating a visual illusion that invites the viewer to question the perception of reality.

The work has been created through a completely digital 3D (CGI) process, handcrafted with special attention to geometry, light and depth, achieving a clean, minimalist and highly conceptual aesthetic.

The Artphabet has had wide international impact, being spread in numerous design, art and visual culture media, establishing itself as one of the most prominent artistic typography projects in the recent digital sphere.
