Pot - Porcelain - Large covered carafe

Large porcelain pourer jug from the Company of the Indies.
White ground sprinkled with 2 bouquets flanking flower sprigs.
All in rose tones, justifying a dating to the second half of the 18th century.
The spout is supported by a dolphin head embellished with coral touches.
The top of the neck and the lid feature 2x4 garlands, always in pink.

Defects: starting crack on the upper part of the handle.
The lid with a partial crack

No other defects; the colors are very fresh.

Already by its size, we are dealing with a relatively uncommon collectible piece.

Provenance: comes from the Gabillet firm, antique dealers in Tours.

To the recipient: the lid can be packed separately in the same package.
