Cess - H for Haring — The Artphabet

This work is part of The Artphabet, an artistic project developed by digital artist Cess, in which each letter of the alphabet pays tribute to key figures in contemporary art and visual culture.

In this piece, the letter H becomes a tribute to Keith Haring, reinterpreting his iconic visual language based on simplified figures, energetic lines, and compositions with strong graphic impact. The typography transforms into a living scene where two characters characteristic of Haring's universe interact, generating a direct, dynamic narrative rich in symbolism.

The figures, built with soft, volumetric shapes, maintain the naïve and approachable essence of the artist, yet translated into a contemporary three-dimensional context. The connection between the two characters, united by a central gesture, reinforces recurring concepts in Haring's work such as human relationships, shared energy, and universal communication.

The work has been created through a completely digital 3D process (CGI), artisanal in its modeling with special attention to surfaces, lighting, and the expressiveness of the forms, achieving a balance between graphic simplicity and sculptural volume.
