Description from the seller
•Title: “Cosmos”
•Artist: Cosmin Marian Guta
•Year: 2026
•Technique: Mixed media on canvas / mixed media, pastels, ink oil and acrylic on canvas
------------ ---------------
* Painting dimensions: 140x72 cm painting
* Total canvas dimensions: 146x80 cm (with about 3-4 cm of free space on each side to be able to frame)
* SHIPMENT WITHOUT FRAME / SHIPPING WITHOUT FRAME
---------------------------
• Style: Contemporary, in which I use mixed media and organic matter that, when manipulated, acquires a tactile quality that recalls human skin. The surfaces of my works become skins that breathe, scar, erode and transform. They are sensitive maps where memories, marks and silences are inscribed. I’m interested in that crossing point between the physical and the symbolic, where matter seems to have a life of its own.
• Shipping: Packed in a cardboard tube
• Signed on the front of the canvas
• Note: Colors may vary slightly compared to the photographs
• The work is unique.
***The artwork will be shipped in a cardboard tube, with a tracking number, by an internationally known transport company, for example (FEDEX, UPS, TNT) ***
Description
Cosmos is a symbolic and visionary work that explores the connection between the human being and universal forces. At the center of the composition, three nude figures emerge wrapped in a whirlwind of shapes and colors that evoke energy, transformation and spiritual expansion. The vibrant tones of blues, purples, pinks and greens build a cosmic space where the earthly and the celestial converge.
The central figure, upright and serene, acts as the axis of the scene, suggesting a contemplative state. The presences surrounding it seem to represent different facets of existence: body, spirit and consciousness, integrated in a single vital flow. The work invites the viewer to reflect on their place in the universe and on the profound interconnection between human experience and the infinite mystery of the cosmos.
