My name is Alessandra Zerbini; I am Italian, born and raised in Rome, a city that breathes art in every corner and that has nourished my gaze since I was a child.

My painting arises from instinct even more than technique. I don’t like staying within just one genre: through abstraction, materiality, figurative work, and the crossovers between color, light, and texture, I tell emotions, memories, and fragments of life.
Each painting is a different language, but the voice is always the same: mine.

Painting is my way of breathing, healing, giving shape to what I cannot put into words.

I don’t just seek to create images, but feelings: I want someone who looks at one of my paintings to recognize themselves, pause, feel something moving inside.
