Description from the seller

“Interference”
Maja Mrówczyńska / FORME NIESFORNA
from the collection “Tuning/Instruments”

Original piece handmade using the digital graphics application Adobe Fresco and iArtbook.

“Interference” is a painting emotionally and formally mature, a hypnotic story about a relationship understood not as a romantic gesture, but as a fundamental experience of human existence. Maja Mrówczyńska builds a composition from interwoven forms that lose their autonomy in favor of a shared rhythm. The two figures are not separate beings here. They become mutual tremor and a shared frequency.

The artist operates with the language of contemporary figurative abstraction with exceptional emotional awareness. Geometric planes do not cool the message; on the contrary – they intensify it. Each intersection of lines recalls a moment of psychological resonance between people: tenderness, dependence, longing, security, fear of loss. It is a composition pulsing with tension between individuality and complete merging with another person.

What is most moving, however, is that “Interference” does not tell a concrete story. It triggers stories written in the viewer.

That is why the painting resonates so strongly with collectors. It does not end with form. It is a psychological experience – a work that continually “works” with its owner, changing with their emotions and memory. It is art that cannot be consumed superficially.

Color palette – based on deep reds, saturated blues, and flesh-toned transitions – creates a visual record of emotional interference: the meeting of two energies that, once they meet, never remain the same. The composition is both monumental and intimate. Sensual and intellectual. Delicate, yet utterly defenseless in its honesty.

“Interference” is part of the author’s collection “Tuning/Instruments,” a cycle of six works exploring the nature of bonds, shared feeling, and emotional coexistence.
Each edition of the painting exists in a strictly limited run, only 15 collectible copies worldwide, signed by the artist and bearing a certificate of authenticity.
