Description from the seller

A fine 12 year old Japanese whisky from the distillery of Hakushu. Clean with notes of fresh cut fruits, gentle barley malt and smoke. A floral character with citrus zest with a sweet and spicy finish.

Hakushu is owned by Suntory, founders of the first Japanese distillery, Yamazaki. The original Hakushu distillery was built in 1973, with another distillery building called Hakushu Higashi (west) added in 1981.
