Roskopf Patent – antimagnetic pocket watch, made in the period 1900-1920, bearing the name J. Tollet on the dial, possibly a reference to the presumed Belgian owner of this pocket watch at the time.
This characterful antique Roskopf Patent pocket watch is finished in a classic open-face case with a neat white dial. This piece stands out with the elegant black Arabic numerals, ornate gold-colored hands and the extra red 24-hour designation in Arabic text along the outer edge. The dial also carries “Antimagnetic,” features that at the time signified increased reliability and everyday usability.
The watch exudes the charm of a bygone era and makes an attractive collectible for enthusiasts of mechanical timepieces, vintage accessories and classic watchmaking.
