Beautiful lot comprising the complete set of the work "Les Pseaumes de David" from 1760 (MDCCLX) printed in Paris.
Both books are in excellent condition, with leather covers and initial and final pages decorated as shown in the photo. Pages in excellent condition. Both volumes are complete with the original bookmark, visible in the photo.
The work offers an elegant and famous prose translation of the Psalms of David based on the Hebrew text, organized for the daily liturgical office of the week, complete with hymns, prayers and the Church offices, specifically structured for lay use.
