The work shown in the image is a facsimile reproduction in a limited edition number 0583 out of 2999 copies of the "Ptolemaei Tabulae Cosmographicae", based on the edition printed by Johannes Reger in Ulm in 1486.

This particular prestigious edition (published, for example, by De Agostini or Editorial Planeta) is generally composed of two volumes housed in a slipcase:

Volume I (Facsimile): Contains about 200 leaves/pages (unnumbered pages), which include the Latin text and the famous color geographic plates.
