I strive to move within the act of continually reinventing Cubism, giving it a contemporary feel.
I regularly access parameters I consider recurrent, such as the constant assimilation of images from the past, playing with others' language, focusing on old and modern painters.
I feel a constant sense of immersion into the interior of history.
My study and investigation of the Cubist movement, especially Picasso's long and extensive trajectory, takes me into unknown territories.
In each painting I try to review the problems and solutions that Picasso posed with Cubism.
Cubism, for me, is a very important artistic movement within the history of art.
