Description from the seller
Elegant set consisting of 2 solid-bronze candlesticks, finely crafted in full Art Nouveau style. Coming from the private collection of Geneva, Switzerland, these pieces stand out for their organic and sinuous design, inspired by nature.
As can be appreciated in the details, the base is embellished with delicate relief decorations recalling botanical elements (leaves and cones/buds), typical of the Liberty craftsmanship of the second half of the 20th century. The flowing lines rise gracefully toward the mouthpiece with an elegant dynamism, perfect to become the focal point of a refined table or a classy fireplace.
The set is in excellent condition, like new and never used. The bronze retains all its luster and shows no defects, maintaining a warm and even patina. Please carefully view the attached photos to appreciate the details and the excellent state of conservation.
