A solitary traveler, cloaked in a cape and wearing a helmet, pushing his modest cart through a vast desert expanse that evokes the dunes of Tatooine, stops, seized, facing the colossal sphere rising on the horizon. The visual impact of the composition lies in its generous painterly treatment, with impasto and broad brushstrokes characteristic of oil painting.
