Magnificent heraldic coat of arms depicting the motto of the Knights Templar, entirely hand-finished (stone casting).
Non Nobis, Domine, Non Nobis Sed Nomini Tuo Da Gloriam, which literally translates to:
"Not to us, Lord, not to us, but to Your name give glory."
The Cross of the Knights Templar, symbol of faith and sacrifice, was mainly the red square/patent cross, sewn onto the white tunics of the knights and representing the blood shed for Christ. This symbol also appeared on shields and banners.
