Natalie Ulmann’s Echo Blanc is a mixed‑media abstract on heavyweight canvas (380 g/m²), measuring 100 cm square (4 cm deep) and rolled for shipment, signed on the back, with an authentic certificate, in an original edition from 2020 onwards and in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
“Echo Blanc” is a unique work that unfolds a captivating visual presence through rhythmic circular motions, deep color intensity, and a highly structured surface. The white paint was applied to the raw canvas in intuitive, circular movements – a powerful gesture that feels both controlled and meditative.
Characteristic is the glossy, haptically perceptible texture: the paint rises in relief from the canvas and reflects light in shifting nuances. Fine drops run through the image like delicate pearl threads – they appear fragile yet precisely placed, as if frozen at the moment of impact. In their form, they resemble a fine needle-like structure that lends the artwork an almost textile lightness.
The partially formed cracks are not a defect but part of the creation process – they belong to the piece and shape its individual structure and expressiveness.
Echo Blanc draws the gaze into a circling movement of energy and stillness. The glossy paint and the pearl-like droplets, with their new connections and forms, give the work a deep liveliness – it changes with the angle of light and perspective. A modern statement for spaces with character, clarity, and depth.
