Description from the seller
Description of the work:
Ultramarine blue acrylic on a linen-stretched canvas depicting the entrance to a beach in Brittany.
Unique and original work.
Certificate of authenticity signed and included on the back of the piece.
Information about the artist:
Originating from Southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes, deeply rooted in light and the horizon.
His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception.
Cast shadows, elongated lines, pared-down compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism.
Through a mastered palette and strong contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres. The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space, and contemplation. A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.
His current Akoun rating is €1,000 for a 15P format. (65x50 cm).
In June 2026, he was selected to represent Artmajeur at the Vivatech 2026 fair, the largest European innovation fair, in Paris.
