Primarily known for his work in London, where he was long based in Notting Hill, Martinez has collaborated with numerous major cultural institutions and events. He was commissioned by Madame Tussauds for the Tupac Shakur exhibition, presenting works in Wildstyle style as well as his iconic bomb aerosol techniques. Pioneer in promoting graffiti as a recognized form of artistic expression, he organized the first two itinerant exhibitions dedicated to graffiti within the Portobello Film Festival, presenting works on canvas and on plywood boards. His famous mural depicting Samuel Beckett, located on Blenheim Crescent in London, has been reproduced on book covers and postcards.
