Pair of antique Neoclassical plaster and glass candelabras from Italy, dating to 1950–1960, in good used condition with minor wear, each measuring 66 cm high, 25 cm wide and 17 cm deep.
Description from the seller
Beautiful pair of antique decorative candelabras with figures of angels (cherubs), holding torches with frosted glass domes in the shape of a flame. These table candelabras are classic Neoclassical-style lighting pieces. Generally, they are made of plaster, with a dark finish. The frosted glass mimics the shape of a live flame. This helps diffuse the light in a soft and welcoming way. They are highly sought after by antique collectors to decorate sideboards, nightstands, or classic-style living rooms. They are not electrified, i.e., you can wire them to use as a lamp or you can remove the sockets and use them only as a candle holder.
