Description from the seller

A very special edition of the coffee table has been created using recycled paper and a slab of Vagli marble. Unlike the original, this slab has been restored with a Japanese technique called Kintsukuroi, in which the crack was repaired using gold. This process has transformed the crack into a unique and fascinating feature of the table.

The base of the coffee table is made with recycled paper; unlike the original color of the paper, this one features a black finish, creating an extraordinary contrast with the gold used for the repair.

This creation unites two very different materials, but both rooted in the city of Lucca. It is a One-of-a-Kind Piece 1/1, made using the remnants of the slab that fell during a storm amid the bad weather of the last month in Tuscany.

Please note that this item is completely handmade and may show slight color and shape variations, making it even more unique and special.
