This is a gold and silver lacquer vase with auspicious motifs 吉祥文金銀蒔絵花瓶 by Nakamura Yaeko 中村八重子.
The title is "Dance of the Phoenix 鳳凰の舞."

The phoenix (feng huang) is an imaginary sacred bird that appears in Chinese mythology and is considered the most auspicious bird in Chinese culture.
The phoenix was introduced to Japan from China along with Buddhism, and from the Nara period onwards, it has been used to decorate dyed textiles, mirrors, lacquerware and other products.
The phoenix is ​​one of the four auspicious creatures that represent happiness and prosperity, and is said to be an auspicious motif that is a sign of good things to come.

Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) is a gymnosperm and a deciduous tall tree. In Japan, it is often planted as an ornamental tree along roads and in parks, and in the precincts of temples and shrines.
