After a fine career in advertising, Willie Manders continued as a freelance artist. First many landscapes (e.g., in the Pyrenees) and portraits. A painting created by him was exhibited for several months at the Rijksmuseum as part of a Rembrandt exhibition.  
In recent years he has mainly still lifes that have found their way to many countries. (Italy, Spain, France, Croatia, Denmark)
This acrylic painting of 32x32 cm is delivered including a frame (40x40 cm) and a certificate of authenticity.

Na een mooie carrière in de reclame ging Willie Manders verder als vrij kunstenaar. Eerst veel landschappen ( o.a. in de Pyreneeën) en portretten. Een door hem vervaardigd schilderij is een aantal maanden geëxposeerd geweest in Het Rijksmuseum in het kader van een Rembrandt tentoonstelling.  
De laatste jaren maakt hij voornamelijk stillevens die hun weg vonden naar vele landen. (Italie, Spanje, Frankrijk, Kroatië, Denemarken)
