Cristal Nancy - Carafe - cut crystal

Magnificent raspberry/ruby-colored cut crystal carafe, bearing on the underside its original mark “Cristal Nancy France” with the Lorraine cross.

This elegant carafe features a slender silhouette typical of the Art Deco period and a superb deeply-cut geometric pattern that emphasizes the intensity of its color. The crystal offers beautiful reflections and great brilliance.

Condition: excellent, very well preserved for its age. No chips, no cracks, no restorations. The crystal is clear and retains all its original brilliance.

The engraved crystal stopper present is probably not original, but it is old, of good quality and pairs perfectly with the carafe.

A very beautiful piece for collection and decoration, representative of the craftsmanship of French crystal makers from the Art Deco period.
