Large Makora Krosno Hand-Blown Art Glass Stem Vase - 41 cm - Poland
An exceptionally tall and elegant vintage art glass vase produced by the renowned Makora glassworks in Krosno, Poland. This sculptural piece features a flattened, thick bulbous base that elegantly tapers into an elongated, slender neck.
The vase is masterfully executed using a traditional mouth-blown casing technique reminiscent of Italian Sommerso methods. A vibrant explosion of yellow and green organic tones is seamlessly suspended within the dense, clear crystal base, which beautifully transitions up into a brilliant translucent cobalt blue body. Standing at an impressive 41 cm tall, it serves as a commanding mid-century style statement piece for any fine art glass collection.
