Description from the seller

Bruno Paolo Benedetti, born in 1954, began taking photographs in 1968, studying perspective and photo techniques. From the beginning he was concerned with black-and-white photography, observing the contrasts of nature, the lights and interpreting the reality around him. When he was 25 he began to work in the darkroom, enhancing his technique using filters, high-contrast films for making his first pictures of surreal and abstract photography. At the same time he began journeying around Europe and the world: India, Nepal, Bhutan, South America, South Africa, Egypt, Comoros islands are some of the most visited places. The study of the religions, the mysticism in all of them, inspired his artistic production, especially his surreal photography, where cultural and religious archetypes are depicted.

Rough Orange

This striking abstract photograph transforms natural textures and warm light into a vibrant and dynamic composition. At the center of the image, a glowing orange core radiates energy, surrounded by fluid, irregular forms that appear almost sculptural. The organic edges and soft distortions create the impression of molten material or a luminous landscape in constant transformation.

The intense contrast between the radiant orange tones and the pale surrounding shapes gives the work a powerful visual presence, drawing the viewer into its hypnotic center. Through its balance of light, color, and texture, Rough Orange evokes both the raw beauty of natural forms and the expressive freedom of abstract art.

This artwork is offered as a limited edition of 30 prints, enhancing its exclusivity and collectible value.
