Approximately 300 pins made in the Soviet Union from 1960-1980's. The pins represent different facets of life in the Soviet Union during this era. Examples are: characters from Soviet children's cartoons and ships of the Soviet and Russian fleets. Of particular interest to sports collectors is a very rare set of FC Dynamo Kiev players from 1975. This was the team that won the Soviet League and became the first Soviet club to win trophies by claiming both the UEFA Cup Winners Cup and the UEFA Super Cup (1975). Their manager was the very brilliant tactician Valeriy Lobanovskyi and the star forward of that team was Oleh Blokhin - both represented in the medals above.
