Highway Ballet by La Chibroneuse – Limited XL Edition, canvas artwork
A ballerina appears as a mirage at the edge of an endless road.
Between a vintage red gas pump and a vintage convertible, she seems suspended between two worlds: that of travel and that of dream. Her immaculate tutu catches the desert light while distant mountains dissolve into the golden hues of sunset.
Highway Ballet transforms a simple highway rest stop into an open-air stage.

The artist's explanation of the work
Highway Ballet tells the meeting of two worlds that should never cross.
On one side, the road, symbol of movement, adventure and freedom. On the other, classical dance, associated with discipline, grace and lightness. By bringing these elements together in one setting, I wanted to create an image where poetry emerges where you least expect it.
This ballerina thus becomes a motionless traveler, a beauty pause in a landscape shaped by time and the miles.
