Renata Giannelli - DONNA FUOCO

A luminous sculpture created through an interwoven tangle of twisted iron wire, pierced by 120 LED light points that animate its inner structure. On the metal mesh, hemp-fiber paper pulp was cast, which, during the drying and oxidation process, generated an irregular and vibrant surface, rich in material stratifications and transparencies.

The light, filtering through solids and voids, builds a mutable pattern of shadows and reflections, transforming the sculpture into a living and atmospheric presence. Paint interventions and the use of carmine red suggest the dynamism of flames.

Wall sculpture. The LED lighting is powered via USB output, allowing versatile placement in both domestic and exhibition spaces. It is shipped in rigid packaging and comes with an authenticity certificate.
