Monika Adamczyk (born 1990) - member of the Warsaw Association of Visual Artists. She creates acrylic paintings on canvas, building economical, minimalist compositions based on the relationship between form, color, and space. In her work she focuses on calmness, emotion, and deliberate restraint of expressive means.
The artist actively participates in exhibitions and reviews of contemporary art. Her works have been presented, among others, during the 5th Spring Salon of the Operis.Artis Gallery, the exhibition “Photosynthesis of the Soul” at the Nowy Dom Sztuki in Radziejowice, the 13th International Art Review in Ostrów Wielkopolski, and the exhibition “Faces of the Sacred” organized by the Warsaw Association of Visual Artists. She has also participated in the 24th Wielkopolska Salon, the 47th Review of Plastic Arts in Konin and Nowy Targ, as well as numerous post-competition exhibitions in Warsaw, Kutno, Włocławek, and other art centers.
Her work has been repeatedly recognized in art competitions—she has received, among others, the grand prize in the “Fajans Sztuka” competition in Włocławek, third place in the competition “The Most Beautiful Corners of Poland,” and distinctions in national and international painting competitions.
