This series of 4 works, inspired both by the codes of luxury and the culture of excess, denounces with irony our thirst for possession and recognition.
Each piece is a cartridge of illusion: shiny, attractive, but hollow of meaning once consumed.
Because deep down, the real overdose is that of appearing to be.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a versatile background who has grown up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large majority of his artistic works.

He continuously explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double reading, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has seen a notable rise. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023), then elected Artist of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as the “Artist of the Month” by Opulence Gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues across Europe, the United States, and Asia, establishing his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also asserts himself in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors.

SKE’s work sits within a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy and the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge the eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to remix Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or KAWS.

The influence of gaming, comics, and manga is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), as well as Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.

LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside the logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the aesthetics of “Hype”: the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and high fashion (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also integrates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca‑Cola.
