Knockando wooden bottle cabinet, circa 1980–1990, in good used condition, featuring a miniature standing clock with Roman numerals and the Knockando emblem, with dimensions 33 cm high by 10 cm wide by 10 cm deep.
Description from the seller
It is a Knockando bottle-box, conceived as a high-visibility promotional object that combines the aesthetics of a miniature standing clock with the warmth of worked wood. The structure, vertical and well proportioned, is made of polished honey-toned wood with pronounced grains, with frames and moldings darker that reinforce the sense of a classic piece, almost Victorian, reinterpreted for the world of Scottish whisky.
At the top an analog clock with Roman numerals and black hands is integrated, a detail that adds an air of tradition and makes the box something more than just a container: a decorative object meant to stay on display. Under the dial appears the emblem of KNOCKANDO Pure Malt Scotch Whisky, printed with the sober elegance characteristic of the brand, evoking Speyside distilleries, old casks, and the slow passage of aging.
The lower area features a panel with James A. Buchanan's signature, a historical nod that adds authenticity and links the piece to the heritage of Scottish whisky. The whole setup works as a small furniture-display case: solid, well finished, with that balance between utility and presence that characterizes promotional bottle display pieces from the mid- to late-20th century.
It is, in essence, an object that blends branding, tradition and design, perfect both as a collectible piece and to accompany a special bottle in a space dedicated to whisky.
Certified shipping and good packaging.
