Sculpture on canvas by the artist Coco de Paris, hand-painted, from a limited edition of 25 copies. Signed and numbered (2/25).
International contemporary artist, Coco de Paris was born in the Netherlands and trained at the prestigious art schools of Antwerp and Brussels. Based in France for over 30 years, he develops a singular body of work, immediately recognizable, at the crossroads of contemporary art, design, and visual culture.
International recognition
Coco de Paris’s work goes far beyond the traditional gallery framework:
• Several of his works appear in the film Deep Water, produced by 20th Century Fox, with Ben Affleck
• He has collaborated with Marc Jacobs for an exclusive collection
• Gucci has acquired rights to exploit some of his works
• Géraldine Chaplin counts his creations among her inspirations
• Collaborations with international brands and institutions such as Joe Fresh, World Market, Cardinal Games, Nepia (Japan), FLOW Magazine, and Lindner Hotels (Germany)
• Collaboration with Tim Zagat (founder of the Zagat guide): creation of an illustrated alphabet of 26 animals and, for 2026, the release of two works: a book dedicated to the mythical Paris palace Le Bristol Paris and an artistic book titled Silly Words.
His work has been showcased in numerous galleries and art fairs across Europe, such as Affordable Art Fairs in Brussels and Amsterdam, selected for the MAC Paris show, Art Metz, and the Bernard Mourrier Galleries (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence), Carincotte (Marseille), Another Art (Belgium), Projection Gallery (Brussels), Radar Gallery (Bayeux), Cyane Gallery (Nancy), Marie Ricco Gallery (Calvi), Gour-beneforti Gallery (Bastia). His selection for the Chelsea International Art Competition in New York also confirms the international reach of his work.
Currently, Coco de Paris’s work is permanently represented in France by the Art Sant Roch Gallery in Céret.
His sculptures, made from resin, iron, wood, and ceramic painting, are hand-painted and reflect a continuous search for innovation and material.
