Artist information:
Originally from southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes, deeply rooted in the light and the horizon.
His works capture suspended moments where nature converses with human perception.
Projected shadows, elongated lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism.
Through a controlled palette and strong contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres.
The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation.
A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.
His current Akoun rating is €1000 for a format 15P (65x50 cm).
In June 2026, he was selected to represent Artmajeur at the Vivatech 2026 fair, Europe’s largest innovation fair, in Paris.
