An interesting lot up for auction, composed of numbers 3, 4, and 5 from the first Dylan Dog series, published by Sergio Bonelli Editore and belonging to the historic early editorial phase of the Indagatore dell'Incubo created by Tiziano Sclavi.
The issues are presented in generally very high condition, approaching Edicola (newsstand) condition, with well-preserved covers, bright colors, solid spines, and complete, clean interiors. Normal and minimal signs of aging compatible with the age of the publications.
A peculiarity of the lot is the presence on all three issues of the Lire 1,800 overprint stamp, applied at the time of distribution and today a distinctive feature sought by many collectors of the first series.
