Marc Kronig - Matterhorn

For over four decades, Marc Kronig has pursued photography with passion. In Zermatt, nestled in the impressive mountain world around the Matterhorn, he has always found inspiration for his work. His images arise not only from technical skill and experience but above all from his trained eye for light, atmosphere, and the special moment.

Besides photography, art and painting accompany him as important creative expressions. In his works, he combines both disciplines in a unique way. Photographic shots meet painterly elements, spontaneous Polaroid and Instax images merge with artistic design. Thus, works with an unmistakable character emerge that consciously cross the boundaries between photography and art.
