Printing: Current print run of this fine illustrated edition
Engravings: F. Bayard, C. Biseo, S. Ussi, etc., 174 engravings, black and white (wood engravings after drawings)
Binding: Red half-leather and boards richly stamped with Moorish-inspired architectural and geometric motifs in gold and black on the front board; smooth spine adorned with gilded arabesque motifs. All edges gilt.
Dimensions: 27.7 x 34.4 cm
Condition: The interior shows numerous scattered foxing spots, sometimes pronounced, inherent to the paper quality of this edition. The work is complete. See photos for more details.
