Description from the seller
Shong – Cascade – 2019 – Aerosol on canvas – Large format 130 x 195 cm
Shong – Cascade (2019)
Technique: aerosol painting on canvas
Dimensions: 130 x 195 cm
Original artwork
A large composition from the world of contemporary graffiti, this work stands out for a fluid and atmospheric approach blending abstract forms, gestural marks, and splatter effects characteristic of aerosol painting.
The artist develops here a more open and airy approach, where overlaps of colors and lines create visual depth and a sense of movement. The whole evokes a free urban handwriting, at the border between abstraction and graffiti.
A large-format decorative work, ideal for a contemporary interior or a professional space.

Shong is a French artist from the graffiti scene, active for over ten years. Originating from Le Havre, he began with tagging before developing a personal pictorial language mixing abstraction and urban writing.
After a period of intense activity in graffiti between the 2000s and 2010s, he gradually turns to canvas to preserve his work. His works are characterized by a gestural approach, free compositions, and an expressive use of color.
