Description from the seller
LICUALA CORDATA
Original work WITHOUT FRAME painted in 2022 for an exhibition at the Malaga Botanical Garden, it represents a Licuala cordata, a plant with large leaves in open fan shapes.
Nature is my greatest source of inspiration and plants are especially interesting for their colors, shapes and textures.

ABOUT ME
Born in Italy, on the island of Sardinia, in 1963, after stints in New York to study graphic design and then in Milan for 2 years, I moved to Barcelona in 1991 to work as a graphic designer and here I began my artistic career which over time has become my profession, my passion and above all a vital necessity.
I have held solo and group exhibitions in several European cities and my works are in various private collections around the world.
My work is deeply rooted in nature and emotions; my star theme is water and fish, but also plants and the human figure. Everything that moves and throbs is of interest to my art.
