The Crowd Within - 200 x 140 cm - XXL is a one-of-a-kind original acrylic on canvas by PIXA, hand signed, created in 2026 in Germany, depicting a three-face expressionist portrait with reds, pinks, yellows, black and white, and shipped rolled without a stretcher with a certificate of authenticity included.
Description from the seller
This large-scale painting explores the multiplicity of identity through three intertwined faces that seem to emerge from the same emotional field. Neither portraits nor abstractions, these figures appear suspended between presence and dissolution, as if different states of mind were sharing the same space.
Executed with energetic layers of acrylic, and expressive gestural marks, the work combines spontaneous action painting with figurative fragments. The vivid reds, pinks and yellows create a charged atmosphere where tension, vulnerability and human connection coexist.
The composition invites multiple interpretations: a collective consciousness, an inner dialogue, or a reflection of contemporary life in which individual identities continuously overlap and collide. The loose brushwork and visible traces of the creative process preserve a sense of immediacy and raw emotion.
A powerful large-format work that commands attention and reveals new details with every viewing.
