Description
Original work made in acrylic on canvas. The composition centers on a twisting trunk emerging from the water and guiding the eye toward a landscape of vegetation and palms suggested through free and expressive brushstrokes.
The work combines landscape observation and pictorial synthesis, using a palette rich in blues, ochres, greens, and violets to build a humid and luminous atmosphere. The gestural energy of the brushwork and the prominence of organic forms create a dynamic image that oscillates between representation and evocation.
