Constant Permeke (Antwerp, 31 July 1886 – Ostend, 4 January 1952) was a Belgian Expressionist painter and sculptor. He is regarded as the leading representative of Flemish Expressionism. He is best known for his strong and solemn depictions of sailors and fishermen with their wives.

Constant Permeke (Antwerpen, 31 juli 1886 – Oostende, 4 januari 1952) was een Belgisch expressionistisch kunstschilder en beeldhouwer. Hij wordt gezien als belangrijkste vertegenwoordiger van het Vlaamse expressionisme. Hij is het meest bekend om zijn sterke en plechtige afbeeldingen van zeelieden en vissers met hun vrouwen.
