Interesting Italian medical manual from the first half of the nineteenth century dedicated to teaching obstetrics at the University of Pavia.
Teodoro Lovati, professor of obstetrics, collected in this volume the content of his university lectures. The text was adopted as a manual for the school and published in a second edition with additions, corrections and illustrative plates.
