Description from the seller
TRUE COLLECTOR'S PIECES with very few galleries in the world
NET PRODUCTION COST: 10 hours of Popléa's work + 1 FRAME + 1 PVC-MOLDED CHASSIS + VISUAL = 350 euros
The kinetic work of Popléa rests on a visual technology that reveals two completely different images depending on the viewing angle.
Left view: a first composition appears.
Right view: a second image takes its place.
Between the two, over almost 180°, the work gradually transforms into movement, creating an immersive and changing visual experience as the spectator moves.
The artist Popléa:
If you own this work, you hold an authentic piece signed Popléa.
But you should know: Popléa is a pseudonym.
He or she has not yet revealed their identity—intentionally. This choice is part of a broader artistic project, a form of experiment:
Create without a name, without status, without biography.
The work alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel.
The artist behind Popléa is already exhibited, recognized, collected—but wanted to explore another path, freer. Refusing filters, codes, discourses.
Refusing that it always be the same people—galleries, experts, networks—decide what has value.
Maybe what you own is the beginning of something.
Or perhaps it is simply a piece that speaks to you, here and now.
Both options are beautiful.
And deep down, maybe that is the true luxury.
The work is hand-signed, delivered ready to hang, in a 4x4 packaging with insured shipping included.
Happy bidding
Latest buyer comments:
"Very happy with my purchase! The piece received is magnificent, you can immediately feel the technical skill and the work it required. The packaging was especially meticulous"
"Exceptional packaging for a piece that is just as remarkable! Thank you to the artist for this high-quality work."
