Statement:
Alfredo documents architecture in decay through mixed techniques, drawings, paintings, and prints. The artist studies abandoned and deteriorated buildings in urban and rural settings, especially in the postindustrial city where he resided and worked for more than three decades. To create his series (Post Card), he initially produced his works on recycled papers and materials, adding elements of printmaking and others such as charcoal drawing, pastel, acrylic, oil, among other mixed techniques. These representations are layers of the physical decline of buildings that challenge notions of permanence and memory.

Formation and Specialization
Visual artist, teacher, and curator, graduated from the Professional Academy of Plastic Arts "Leopoldo Romañach" (Cuba, 2008). With multidisciplinary training, he stands out as a painter, draftsman, and designer, in addition to holding advanced studies in curatorship.

Trajectory and Recognitions
With more than 15 years of career, he has a record of more than 60 group exhibitions and 8 solo shows. His work has been awarded on numerous occasions in prestigious competitions, highlighting:
Awards at the Salon "Marinas" and the Photography Salon "Martínez Otero-Illa" (multiple editions between 2006 and 2021).
Prize at the XXVIII Erotic Art Salon (Havana, 2022).
Mention at the XIV Photography Biennial (Artemisa, 2020).
International Projection
Recently, he has expanded his career in Spain, obtaining recognitions in the field of quick painting in Lugo (2025), including the IV Prize in the Rábade Contest and the Local Artist Award.
