The painter Peter Brouwer was born in 1935 and died in 2010. He lived and worked in Utrecht and received his education at the Evening Academy. He was a student of John Bevort, Laurens Tuinman, Cor van Diggelen and Henk Bellaard, a teacher at the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam.
